Mit ausreichender/angemessener Personalstärke wäre eine positive Empfehlung durchaus möglich. Das anwesende Personal war zumindest freundlich und bemüht, aber anscheinend überfordert, insbesondere im Tagungsbereich. Dort waren immer wieder "Nachbesserungen" erforderlich, beginnend von der Buchung über die Tagung selbst bis zur Abrechnung. Ein Manko ist auch die an sich sehr gute Lage nahe Hbf. und Innenstadt, dadurch ist es aber bis spät in die Nacht und frühmorgens sehr laut (Straßenbahn).
